Hi,
What is the best practice for recording them on orchestrator? All of them on one machine template? Even if I have 100 vdi that the robots run on so I can optimize licensing?

License optimization has many parts one is to use machine template… but that is not the only factor

you have to look at timing of different process runs and allocate machines as need and there are more to consider as well…

machine templates will help in reusing same license on multiple machines but will not duplicate licenses
