yesterday all our licenses have been switched off and we cannot raise the ticket because our Support ID has been deactivated. 50 licenses for temporary project was supposed to be switched and looks like there was a mix up and our remaining licenses 5 prod and 2 test were deactivated as well. That means outage for ALL OUR CLIENTS
The person is currently on vacation and we had to contact several other people to get the case looked into and resolved. There was indeed a mix up on UiPath side. Still can’t wrap my head around the support id being deactivated the second this happened which made us unable to raise any ticket
