License usage per day

What does this graph signify.

Can someone elaborate on this to cross validate.

A license usage per day graph in UiPath typically shows the number of licenses that have been actively used or consumed each day over a specific time period. This graph provides insights into how your UiPath licenses are being utilized on a daily basis. Here’s what the graph can show:

  1. Date Range: The x-axis (horizontal axis) of the graph represents the dates within the selected time period. This allows you to see license usage trends over time.

  2. License Count: The y-axis (vertical axis) of the graph represents the number of licenses used on each day. This count can indicate how many licenses were actively engaged in running automation processes or interacting with UiPath components.

  3. Usage Fluctuations: The graph may show patterns of license usage fluctuations. For example, you might observe higher usage on specific days of the week or during certain times of the month.

  4. Peak Usage: The graph can highlight days when license usage is at its peak. This could be due to increased workload or specific automation activities that require more licenses.

  5. Trough Usage: Conversely, the graph might show days when license usage is lower, which could indicate periods of reduced automation activity.

  6. Usage Patterns: By analyzing the graph, you can identify long-term and short-term usage patterns. This information can help you allocate licenses more efficiently or plan for scaling up your automation efforts.

  7. Optimization Opportunities: The graph can provide insights into potential license optimization opportunities. If you notice certain days with consistently low usage, you might consider reallocating licenses for better utilization.

  8. Reporting and Accountability: The license usage graph serves as a visual representation of license consumption. This can be valuable for reporting purposes, financial planning, and ensuring that you are effectively using the licenses you have purchased.

@Usha_Jyothi : are you sure? It is showing AI units consumption per day.

Based on our current consumption, we are not consuming number of units every day so this graph is misleading for us.

Hi @Sonalk ,

I believe the AI units are being consumed for each of the Deployed Skills, there is a metric usage in place, you can check more on how the AI Units gets consumed below :
