After installing Task Capture on a computer from a closed network, the following error is occurring when trying to choose a licensing method: "net::ERR_TUNNEL_CONNECTION_FAILED" .

Resolution: Task Capture uses the next URLs for licensing,

  • https://activate.uipath.com/ - is for activation using license code
  • https://license.uipath.com/ is for allocating Community license

Both of these links should be whitelisted from the network security policies.
