License status: Subscription Expired Error

Hello Team,I have downloaded enterprise edition of UIPath studio and installed .When i first time open , i am getting License status: Subscription Expired error. I have tried to turn off anti virus and Windows fire wall .It didn’t work. Please help me to resolve this issue. OS details : Windows 10. I have raised ticket to support team. I am not sure how long it will take. This is old issue, why this is not fixed .It is stopping my POC .and wasting a lot of time.
Appreciate quick help on this

Yes lakshman, Before i installed Community Edition , it worked fine but when i create variables and save the workflow , it got freeze and crashed the UIpath studio. I have tried multiple times but no luck. So i thought of going with Enterprise edition and got stuck with this error.

We can’t install Enterprise Edition in the system once you activated community edition in that.

Please check below thread:

Delete UiPath app data and try to install community edition again.

Hi Lakshman,
I deleted everything App data and other references in system and restarted the laptop. I installed again community edition and when i try to create any variable it is hanging and crashing.

No Error Lakshman. Just disappearing the studio.

No luck. I tried with my colleague email , this is different email and downloaded the enterprise edition . I am surprised to see the trial code which he got. Trial code same for both of us. I can understand now , what type of product is this. I wondering , we all get same trail code for enterprise edition.

If you people got same license code for Enterprise Edition then that is the problem but you got it for trail code. After 11 weeks it will be expired.

Are you using Trail licence code or Purchased licence code ?

Clear browser cookies and try again once. And also try it in IE browser and check it.
