We are planning to upgrade our existing servers from Windows 2019 to Windows 2022, So will the license have to be reapplied after upgrade, or the existing license will work without any issues
Ideally when server upgrade happens no need to readd the license and all..they should be migrated

Which license you are talking about? Also are you going to upgrade Orchestrator hosted server or the Studio and robot server?
No upgrade to Orchestrator, we are upgrading only Server OS which has UI Path Studio.
