License set up - Ochestrator template

Hi! Quick question. When I look at the unnatended license page in Orchestrator we have connected machines with and without a ‘Service username’.
In the top row the Assistant on the VD is connected to Orchestrator as Admin, and the bottom one the Assistant is connected as the robot user.
Which is the right way to do it?
Are you supposed to connect every AD-user from all the VDs?

We have Orchestrator 2020.4.3 On Premis.
