How to resolve when Activation failed: License model incompatible with system mode installation?
Issue Description:
"Activation failed: License model incompatible with system mode installation. Please install the software in user mode to activate the license or contact support if you believe this is a mistake.”
Resolution:
- If trying to activate a Named User license, make sure Studio/Robot is installed in User Mode.
- On the machine where UiPath is already installed, see how to change the installation type in the Updating the Robot official documentation page.

Note: This is only applicable for UiPath Studio/Robot standalone user-based licenses.
