When activating Studio, why do I get the "License model data missing" error?

Issue Description

When activating Studio, a "License model data missing" error occurs.

Root Cause

The activation request reflects a mismatch in license details.

Resolution

The solution depends on the licensing method:

  • If using the license key to activate Studio as standalone (without using Orchestrator), make sure to use the correct key.
  • If activating it via connecting to an Orchestrator instance, make sure to use the correct URL and IDs.
