License issue Error 1089

Hi,

I try to desactivate my license to use it for another computer, but when i tried :
regutil get-info
A error comes and i didn’t find information on it :
Error #12: Cannot initialize licensing library: -1089
Can someone help me ?

May I know why do you want uninstall here in your machine to install that in another machine
Is it a community or enterprise edition

In 19.10 regutil has been replaced with UiPath.LicenseTool.exe. You can find details about it here and specific detalils about the generic operations here: LicenseTool Command Descriptions
