The license got disconnected from the assistant in remote machine

Can you check if your Automation Cloud was Configured VPN,
If VPN was configured then you can’t access license details from non trusted network.
Please refer the document Automation Cloud - Configuring VPN for Cloud Robots
My VPN gateway is not configured but we have configured IP restriction in cloud
Can you refer following document and make sure that your local machine IP was Added to trusted IPs list in the cloud.
