I just upgraded studio and robot from 2018.4.6 to 2018.4.7 but when i opened studio it required me to activate my license again.
I checked my license info using regutil.exe and it was still active. However when checked it using the the LicenseTool.exe it says “No Active License found for this installation”
Raise a UiPath Support Ticket by filling out the form here. Ask them to release the license for Re-activation. Once they do it, please reactivate the license using the steps mentioned here

UiPath uses nalpeiron.com for licensing their products. All the license status codes are described on Nalpeiron Support Portal. A year back their support portal didn’t have a login. Now it has a customer / admin login, with no public sign up. Only UiPath can help us in this regard.
