License expired and sign-in failure

Dear All,
I had upgraded my community to enterprise trial license. Now it has expired, I guess I have to reinstall community edition again. However, it is giving me above error. Please help.

Just 1 question. I had tried the enterprise trial for 60days and the license expired. I had to revert to community plan. Which I did yesterday. However, the licenses for my service is showing the below :
