License error after update to new Studio Version?

Installer(.exe or .msi): .exe

License type(Free, Trial/License code): Studio Enterprise

Studio/Robot version: update from 2016.2 to 2018.1.4

Current behavior: After the update, the license expired after a few weeks. We got the enterprise version and it should still be running


I cant use the online activation:


Manual activation says that the license expired



I had the same issue, I tried restarting the machine and it works as expected, Please let me know if that works for you too. Thanks ~Rajesh

Restart doesnt work…


i know you might have already figured this out, but just want to try one more scenario if some one having this issue,

it might happened because of the Firewall, please connect without the firewall for activation.
