License Error Activation

Hi Team,
I have the license version of the Uipath,
My system got formatted hence the device ID was changed. Now when I am trying to update the license key , I am getting issue that License is Expired when I am doing manual activation , (Error 1055 - License expired
but when I am activating it automatically it shows " Error 4303, License status undetermined",
Could you please help me here asap.
