License deactivation error

Hi all,

Now I met below error message while I’m deactivating my license in offline. (On line cannot work for me, anyway.)
Error generating certification: -1121, error description: Certificate request already made

Does anybody know 'bout this? I checked forum post but couldn’t find anything about this message…
I just enter command to regutil get-deactivate-cert /out_file=xxxxxxxx.txt as usual I do.

Hi @Jumbo

I found some information about the error, so you should give the solution a try.

On a machine where a license is already activated, if one erroneously issues a “Regutil get-activation-cert” before running “Regutil get-deactivation-cert” you get this error.

Once this happens, you must reactivate your license using the same license code then run the “Regutil get-deactivation-cert” to deactivate.
