Hi, could someone help me sort out this UiPath mess?
On the top bar in Orchestrator, the license expiration date is shown as 28.01.2026. However, when logging in, a popup window shows the date as 30.01.2026. In the Customer Portal, I can no longer see licenses for Orchestrator and Robots at all—only the Flex Plan Bundle (??) and Task Capture. It feels like total chaos.
Please raise it in customer portal itself that would be the roght plce..also there would be some grace period as well

I think the top bar shows the actual expiry, the popup shows the grace date, and the portal hides old robot/orchestrator licenses because they were converted to flex. nothing is broken - just mixed display between legacy and flex licensing.

As per my knowledge - yes, everything keeps working until the grace period ends on 30 orchestrator uses the grace date for actual cutoff, so robots and jobs will run normally until then. ![]()
