Level3 assignment2,can not upload

hellow,my friends

i used excel application scope activity to create this file,and then add data to this file ,when my application run to upload like this image site,it must show the window about error,i guess that my file was used,so i also use kill process activity,but is not useful.
anybody can give me some suggestions?

em,and if i don’t run the robot to upload,just upload by myself,it will be ok
