Level 3 Assignment 1 - Always Failing

Hi Team,
I submitted my Level 3 assignment thrice and it failed all the three times.It shows
Total Items: 15 Completed Items: 0 Correct Items: 0
Total Items: 15 Completed Items: 15 Correct Items: 0
Please Help Me with this.It works fine in my local.

Once you finished with executing the process properly. Don’t reset the data in acme. it will be working fine now.
