Level 3 Assigment 2 dispatcher - Next Page - I’m having issues with the Click and OnElementExist activities

Hi All,

I am having big problems with the dynamic selector on the click next page requirement in the Dispatcher project and as a result the Element Exists does not find the correct page

One sees the mouse on the correct dynamic page number (2) but it does not execute the click

I have now spent several days (10 + hours) on this problem and tried every imaginable scenario to get this to work, the closest i get is leaving the simulate click off and then it opens the next page correctly but in a new browser screen

I have tried all the combinations on the click activity (Simulate type, Click Type and mouse button) as well as combinations on the selector itself (full / partial, Tags = A, LI, Span, page-number and page-number current etc.)

I have looked at all of the posts the forum about this subject but none the responses seem to provide a solution that works

Selector

“”

Any help would be most appreciated

Thank you

Frank

Put your click activity inside the attach browser and send me your selector which you are using in the click activity.

Hi Hasib,

I have been thru that post already and tried everything, you will see my selector is the same as in the post

I have also tried a click text with various inputs (Selector, Spaces etc.)

There are some mistakes in your selectors buddy.
In attach browser use this selector : html title=‘ACME System 1 -*’ />
and in click activity just use : webctrl aaname=‘+in_TransactionItem+’ tag=‘LI’ />
