Thanks for your reply but your workflow is not working for me.

Same here, seems that the provided PDF file can not identify any meaningful anchors/selectors. When I use Find Element or Get Text, selectors look like (quotes omitted):
wnd cls=AVL_AVView title=AVPageView

I had the same issue. Modifying the preferences in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC fixed the issue - see post PDF anchor practice 1 in lesson 10 - #2 by vvaidya.

To change Adobe Acrobat Reader DC preference, select Edit → Preferences, then select Page Display. In “Reference XObjectsView Mode” section, select “Always” for Show reference XObject targets. Then you should be able to select individual elements in the PDF file.
