Legacy conversion problem

Hello,
I’m facing this error while opening a project “Convert to Windows: Legacy projects are only supported in Long-Term Support (LTS) versions of Studio. To modify this project, convert it to Windows or open it in an LTS version of Studio”

Can anyone tell me what to do and what are the impacts if i click on “convert”?

The error giving the solution here. Uninstall the STS and install LTS from here

Is there an impact on the project?
Ot ir is just uninstall and install?

No impact, it will be just uninstall and install the LTS.
