I would like to add LeadTools Nuget Packages to apply some image enhancements. I have installed LeadTools with license. But I am not able to install to UiPath Studio using Package Manager
Any idea how to resolve?

Probably the the target framework of the package is not compatible with UiPath.
UiPath Studio only supports activities created with .NET Framework v4.5.2 to v4.6.1.
