Laptop Turned BlackScreen while running Uipath Robot

Hi just a newbie, would like to seek your help on this issue.

My laptop turned into black screen while running uipath robot, then the robot stops and I can no longer click on the desktop.

Does anyone knows the probable cause? and any suggestion how to fix it?

I think the issue here is that your windows explorer got kill after the automation is ran.
Try the steps below

  1. Launch the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete keys. Alternatively, head to the Start menu search bar, type in ‘task manager,’ and select the best match.
  2. In the Task Manager, click on File > Run new task.
  3. Type in “explorer.exe” in the Create new task dialog box and hit Enter.
