Laptop Turned BlackScreen while running Uipath Robot_2

Hi just a newbie, would like to seek your help on this issue.

My laptop turned into black screen while running uipath robot, then the robot stops and I can no longer click on the desktop.

Does anyone knows the probable cause? and any suggestion how to fix it?

Did you try restarting the PC?
or Kill the process from Task Manager

Thanks @Majed for your attention to my issue.

Yes I did, I also have my laptop reimaged by the IT. Then after that I tested again running the bot but still, it encounters the same issue, the desktop turns into blackscreen while running the bot without specified time when it will turn into black screen, it just happens.
