Language drop down displayed empty while screen scraping using Microsoft OCR. Any help to suggest a fix for this issue is appreciated.

What are the language packs you have installed in your computer? Is it a windows 10 machine?

It’s Windows 7 machine with MS Office 2010. And I installed Uipath studio version 19.10. Do I need to install language packs? I am expecting English as a default language available. Please confirm…

I checked the same and it shows me two languages in mine. I have these two as preferred languages in windows… mine is windows 10 though

The language preferences for MS Office 2010 are already installed by default:

In UiPath Studio go to help and change the language before that install lainguages for windows 7 or 10

Language already set to English in UiPath Studio settings but the issue is with the language drop down shown empty in Microsoft OCR…
