Hi, We are working on a Communication Mining process that will take emails from our general email and import them into our software. Each label has a certain threshold, if it is at or above that threshold I know our RPA process will pick it up but what happens what it falls below that threshold? Does it stay in the CM explore area and wait for a human to confirm the label and then get picked up by RPA In the next run? Does it have to be completed manually because it was below the threshold? Has anyone successfully completed a Communication Project that would be willing to connect to talk through the process?

If a label’s confidence score is below the configured threshold it stays in the “Explore” area in Communication Mining and waits for manual confirmation. Once a human confirms the label, the message can be picked up by the RPA bot during the next run, as long as it meets the automation criteria.
So yes - messages below the threshold are not immediately processed but can still be used once validated. You can also design a Human-in-the-Loop flow \ if you want to handle this more interactively.
If the confidence level of a label is below the defined threshold, it is not considered reliable enough for automatic action. These low-confidence items remain in the Explore area of Communication Mining. A human needs to manually review, confirm, or correct these labels. Once confirmed and if the data syncs back to the automation pipeline or database, the RPA process can pick them up in the next scheduled run. If they are not manually completed, they will not move forward in the automation flow. This ensures accuracy and prevents incorrect automation actions based on uncertain data.
