Just a Query about moving from UIPath Trial to Full and how to update

Hi Guys,
we are using UIPath Studio 2018.2.3 and Orchestrator 2018.4
If we move from a trial licence to a full licence we will lose all current packages in the Orchestrator?

with the licences can I upgrade my Orchestrator and Studio? and how can I go about doing this safely?
I was thinking of moving our Orchestrator to another AWS share. I was thinking is it best to migrate it then upgrade or upgrade and migrate?
any advise much appricated
