Join the 4 datatables based on one column and get the distinct results

Hi All,

Could anyone please help me achieving this scenario.
I have to join the multiple tables based on one column “Name” anScenario_consolidated.xlsx (11.6 KB) d get the result as a consolidated report of these.
Attaching the excel with the sample data.
