I am unable to schedule my Specialized AI Associate Certification Exam before 31st December. Even though the last date is 16 January 2026 for the certification exam, when I tried selecting dates after 1st January 2026, it showed an error as the voucher will be expired after 31st December 2025.
Please assist me in this case.

I completed the academy training for the Agentic Automation track, received the test link, and the voucher thereafter. However, the voucher provided was invalid! (Message says - discount validation failed)

I received a voucher for Track 4 ā UiPath Certified Professional Specialized AI Associate. However, when I tried to apply the voucher, I faced the following issue -
Discount validation failed
Voucher: ********6759 (UiPath PPD discount for all exams)
This voucher has been used 1 time and cannot be used again.
I have not used this voucher previously. Could you please look into this and let me know how to proceed?

I am trying to reschedule my Specialized AI Associate and Agentic Automation Associate Certification Exam. As per the certification details, the last date to take the exam is 16 January 2026.
However, while attempting to select a new exam date after 1st January 2026, I am receiving an error stating that my voucher expires on 31st December 2025, which is preventing me from rescheduling the exam.
Due to this voucher expiry restriction, I am unable to reschedule the exam within the allowed certification timeline.
Kindly assist me in resolving this issue by either extending the voucher validity or enabling rescheduling beyond 31st December 2025.
