Join multiple Pdf files

Hello all,
I have extracted multiple pdf file by matching a keywords. Now i want to join all those extracted pdf into one. How can i do this?
While extracting i made name of extracted pdf is dynamic according to the page number from original. Like outpdf3, outpdf9, outpdf12…
Please help.
