I have not received the mail with my credential (badge) for the specialised AI Associate exam (I passed the exam on 20 December 2024). I raised a ticket to the support team and they said they resent it several times, but I checked my mailbox (all folders, even spam) and I’m 100% sure I didn’t receive it. The issue was marked as resolved by the support team which is not the case because I REALLY did not receive anything. I even suggested to the support team to resend it to me on my work email address or send it as a reply to our conversation (the ticket) but nothing has been done and I can no longer reply to the mail. Has anyone encountered the same problem? If so, how did you deal with it?
