Jobs Not Refreshing Automatically After Migration to UiPath Orchestrator 2023.10.6

Hello UiPath Community,

We recently migrated our UiPath Orchestrator to version 2023.10.6, and since the upgrade, we’ve encountered an issue where the Jobs section no longer refreshes automatically. Previously, job statuses (such as started, completed, failed, etc.) would update in real-time, but now we have to manually click the refresh button to see any changes.

• Orchestrator Version: 2023.10.6
• Issue: Job status updates are not refreshing automatically. Manual refresh is required to see any changes.

Questions:

1. Is this a known issue with version 2023.10.6?
2. Are there any specific settings in this version that control the auto-refresh of job statuses?
3. Has anyone else encountered this problem, and are there any recommended workarounds?

How to handle when Jobs page does not refresh automatically, but manual refresh works? Check the following points to make sure SignalR is turned on Turn off the SignalR in the Orchestrator setting and turn it back on Check the Scalability.SignalR.Enabled setting in UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config.
