In QA we get a recording of the entire job, works great. In production, we get only short recordings that don’t show the whole job. For example a job that ran for 15 minutes the recording is only the first 2:32. The time isn’t consistent, either.
Are there some settings we need to change to get production to record the whole job properly?
ideally last 3 minutes is what is recorded..few settigns that we can do si the frequency thats basically at how many intervals it would record the screens
We are not on cloud and in QA it records the entire job. Having it only record the last 3 minutes wouldn’t be helpful, we aren’t always only looking for exceptions, we sometimes want to see the whole process so we can verify the automation did everything correctly. I need to know where the settings are that control how it records.
Thanks. I like how it says it can only be changed via API call, but they don’t give any information about how to do the API call. Can we just modify UiPath.Orchestrator.dll.config?
as far as I remember we did change manually in the config file for queue retention and it did reflect..so I believe we can
if api you can check these..never tried these on suite on cloud it shows the same settings that we see in settings page ..not sure for it might show all as well
