Job pending status

Hello, I am trying to execute a job manually from the cloud but the status is always pending. Running the job from Assistant does it right. I put a screenshot in case you can help me. Thanks.

When a Process is in a Pending state, it means you have not assigned Unattedend Machines to execute the automation.

Pending means the automation is waiting the next device available.

Set which machine you are going to execute it and and check the machine during the job creation, which machine you are going to execute it.

Also double check if your Environment the machine is also assigned.

I noticed in your original screenshot, for domain\username it is using autogen\arm… can you please go to your command prompt on the machine you are trying to run the unattended process on, type “whoami”, and paste that domain\username for the unattended bot in the user settings as seen here and enter the windows password under “password”: [image] let me know if you have any questions. thanks!
