Job not running from orchestrator

When bot is triggered from orchestrator, it shows as success but there are no logs and job wasn’t actually ran. It keeps showing as running in assistant and after sometime it marks as success. But nothing has actually ran as there are no logs and no actions taken by bot.please help

Hi @Rilna_Rilna

Can you please Restart the Bot machine , Re start the Robot Services on the Bot Machine and Re connect the Bot via Assistant and try to run the Job.

Can you log in to the robot with an agent and run it through the assistant?

Ya tried . But still not working.

Is there any impact if we claer the temp folders. Will it affect orchestrator run?

@Rilna_Rilna The logs are not showing might be because of Orchestrator data base is full. Please clear the data base and check the results. Also, did you check the output of this process

Hello @Rilna_Rilna

Is this issue recently started after any update? or for the first time you are executing from the orchestrator?

If you try to execute the job from orchestrator are you able to see the package installed in the UiPath assistant?
