Job is getting stuck in pending state even when machine is alocated

Hi,

I am facing issue when creating the job from orchestrator. Though the job is getting created but it is not getting executed and will remaining in pending state.

When same process is run from UiPath Assistant it is getting executed as expected.

Can’t figure out the problem of it remaining in pending state when the job is created for the same process.

Hi @Azhar_Patel,

Could you please check if you have enabled non-prod or unattended license for your robot?

If you can share screenshots from license, robots, machine from tenant, user section from folder, would be more better.

This usually happens when there is problem in license(status is not green under licenses) or bot is busy with another process thus goes into pending allocation state.
