Job in suspended status while VM is rebooting

Hello guys,

here is my question: i have a robot flow creating actions and wait for cusutomer inputs. Robot enter in suspended status and, when customer proceed with acitons, it will retrieve hi status and came back to work. But during the last weekend, job was in suspended status and customer leave the actions without no completion. VM shutdown automatically on sunday and startup on monday. Customer came back and complete the actions but i received a persistence error on the orchestrator. My question is: does the persistence package stuck when robot vm shutdown/restart?

Best regards,

Yes absolutely. When a background process is killed, so will the activities pending in action center. you will need to set rules within the business users to either complete before the weekend and manually check if any items are pending in action center.

You can create notifications for action center so business users can know if anything has fallen into action center in real time.
