Job from orchestrator 2017.1 fails if more data in text file, and succeeding for less data

My first workflow,creates a text file whcih contains a data table records formatted in html table format.

This text file is used in email workflow for sending mail. I have 467 records in real case, and the job is failing from orchestrator .
If i run same job for 100 records . the job is getting succeded.

Solution tried: as it is 2017.1 version, i hav updated the wcf max message limit to 1mb./

Still no luck. Can you please asssit.
