The job is failing due to the following error, any solution ?

Was this working earlier? Can you check Orchestrator event viewer and see if you any details about error/ error logged

When can I find the event viewer , I am using comm edition.

please go to start menu → run → type eventvwr.
A window would open, look for Windowslogs → application → Select that right click on it and then select “save all event”

Hi @skini76 ,

@Akash_N_Jain means the Event Viewer on the robot machine, I guess. The error comes from the robot, not Orchestrator.
