Java Application Manully opening but not from Uipath

I need to launch my application so step is first Double click a Java Launch Application and then Click Launch. I can do this manually. I am doing below but Application shows Launching (at left bottom) but does not open.

I am first using START PROCESS Activity and FILENAME i have given “C:\Windows\explorer.exe” and under ARGUMENT the Path.
Once i am in this Folder I am simple using CLICK (Double click) and App shows Launching but does not.

I tried creating shortcut and directly Clicking (double click) also but same Output.

Please help as this is the 1st Step to proceed.

Try using Open Application activity and indicate your application window.

Don’t try to directly open it from desktop using shortcuts, it’s not a good practice.
