Iten add in queue again Orchestrator

Hello friends, I need a help here pls…

Im add my items in queue and its run normally, but when give a error and return to “init” he take my item of an excel and give “populate queue” again, I need when give a error and return to “init” my process go to next item and not put my items again in queue.
