Item selection and click do not work in commercial application

Hello,
I have a problem when trying to select item from a combobox.
The robot opens the field, marks the item but in the end nothing is selected.
I have tried to change selectors, tried to use click, item selection and multiple item selection but without success.
Could someone help me solve this problem?

When I have such issue with combobox, I use type into with specific keyboard buttons to navigate on the cascade f. e
