used ML extraction and validation through the action center. I could write the values without validation, but when I am doing validation in Action Center, it shows that no labels are added.

Are you querying about the values not being extracted in the fields or are you asking about the Indication in the Action “No Labels Added” ?
Also, Try assigning the action to yourself and check if the same case is happening.
only few times it displaying properly not frequently.
maybe some logs can help for details. Same at our end, sometimes we got a 2420 /24XX Error as the label cannot be set/updated and schould be tried a later time again
