I am working with UIPath Studio that has Enterprise License, however when I attempt to share my screen with one of my team mate and provide remote control while I am outside my office network, Studio does not open and stops on the licensing screen.
When I am not on screen sharing and get back to my office network, Studio opens up without any issues. Has anyone come across a similar scenario and is there a known workaround?

Kindly restart your machine and try once
It would work for sure when the machine is connected via RDP or even can accessed when shared via Skype or zoom

Hi @Palaniyappan , I was attempting to give remote control via Zoom when I saw this behavior.
I m not sure about zoom but for Skype it would work
So probably it should work when given control via these kind of screen sharing
