Issues with activating licensen for UIPath Assistan

Hello,

i am fairly new to UiPath, i am having a issue with acivating my license for our production environment. We have two licenses, one for our developer environment and one for production.

I can easily activate both licenses via Studio, however, the licens remains active on the same machine. I have tried activation via Command prompt on the production machine, but it tell i cannot the the LicenseTool.

I am stock, and UiPath Support are of no help, at all.
