Issue with upgrading orchestrator from 17.01 to 18.02. error status: 1603

Hi,
I’m currently trying to upgrade the UiPath orchestrator from 17.01 to 18.02 version.
According to the documentation you should be able to upgrade directly: Orchestrator

The upgrade seems to complete most of the steps but fails:
