Hi @cristina.vidu,

I am facing an issue with my voucher which I received in Dec 2025 for Solution Architect Certification. But when I tried to schedule the exam I got some issue and in Jan raised it with UiPath support team. From their I’m following with them but not able to get any ETA or solution. Can you please help me in this as I’m waiting from last 2 months.

Hello my friend, I’m in the same situation as you. I wasn’t able to schedule the exam for a date after 12/31 either.

At this point, I’ve already been without any contact from support for a week. We’ve been completely left hanging.

Because of that, I ended up giving up and paying for the exam myself. I took it today and passed.

Too much waiting, no deadline, no real outlook.

My advice: if you can, pay for it and take the exam. Your future won’t wait!
