Issue with the Orchestrator Queues

Queue Item count is present on the main view. but when we click on view transaction Queue items are not visible from the view transaction.

It seems your filters are set so that no records will qualify - ‘New’ Queue Items with Business Exception present.

Please clear the ‘Exception: Business’ filter and see if the items show up.

Keep the ‘New’ status as it is.
Just remove the ‘Exception: Business’ filter.
