It was working fine to extract the data from my resumes then just stopped with this error “UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Common.SDK.DuFrameworkException: Service Unavailable. The error you’re describing seems related to a service Outage rather than an implementation issue. Also you could ensure you have enough units to consume by your DU workflow.
If the error doesn’t resolve by itself consider sending a support ticket to UiPath.
Are you talking about ai units?
Is this error still reproducible? If so, can you tell me how to reproduce it?
