Issue with Extract Document Data

It was working fine to extract the data from my resumes then just stopped with this error “UiPath.DocumentUnderstanding.Common.SDK.DuFrameworkException: Service Unavailable. Please retry in a few moments. Error code: [ServiceUnavailableError]. CF-RAY: 8c9be3cd0e06c2fb-IAH. Hi,

The error you’re describing seems related to a service Outage rather than an implementation issue. Also you could ensure you have enough units to consume by your DU workflow.

If the error doesn’t resolve by itself consider sending a support ticket to UiPath.

Are you talking about ai units?
